Yang ini tentang pemanasan kayaknya sudah pernah ditanyain deh di thread lain.
Kalo perut sakit abis latian, mungkin biasa karena lo terlalu berat latian, atau mungkin latian habis makan. Kan pasti sakit perut lo.
Kalo kaki sakit mah juga biasa, kita shuffle kan pake kaki. Kalo merasa sakit berarti otot kaki lo bereaksi tu

saran gue sih jangan makan dulu kalo mau shuffle. kalo misalkan laper makan yg ringan2 aja kaya roti dll
abis latian terus kaki nya sakit ya wajar. nanti juga biasa (latian nya pake sepatu bro jgn lupa) :)

oia, kalo abis shuffle kaki nya di lurusin dulu bro, biar ga farises :)

Intinya jangan terlalu over acting aja bro..
kalo emang capek ya istirahat dulu...
kalo emang laper ya makan dulu..
pemanasan sih menurut gua gak ada pengaruhnya juga buat melbourne shuffle.
karena dengan lo RM aja itu udah kayak lo sprint / lari di tempat. itu juga udah termasuk bagian dari streching kok xP
